In my country there are certain hard costs such as transfer costs or closing fees which must be paid in cash when an asset sale is completed. If Idoneus acquires my asset, who pays for this?
Idoneus is responsible for all of the transfer costs associated with transferring IDON to the seller. Each seller is required to pay all of the transfer costs associated with their asset to be transferred to Idoneus. *Exceptions to this structure may be approved on a case by case basis dependent upon local jurisdiction requirements.
