Upgrade To KYC Level 1

Idoneus performs KYC/AML checks on all its users. At the same time these KYC/AML protocols protect the Idoneus Economy against bad actors. 

Prior to being able to submit a Purchase Inquiry, Price Offer and Service Inquiry, as well as to have your external wallet verified, you will have to successfully submit and pass KYC Level 1 Verification.

STEP 1. START KYC

Log in to your account on the Idoneus Platform and navigate to the User Dashboard.

On your User Dashboard you can see the status of your KYC Verification. There are two levels (1 and 2) which each require separate steps to become verified. To start the verification process for KYC Level 1, please click the START KYC button.

STEP 2. PROVIDE ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION

The KYC Level 1 process will start. You will be guided through various steps where you will be asked to provide:

  1. General personal information, such as name, address, date of birth, etc.
  2. Take a photo or upload a copy of your passport.
  3. Take a selfie.

Please note that these steps are independent from whether you want to onboard as an individual or as a company. That distinction will be made only in KYC Level 2.

Passport

Please provide a valid passport. Take a live photo during the session, or upload a photo file (jpeg, jpg, png, pdf). We do not accept screenshots.

STEP 3. KYC LEVEL 1 VERIFIED

You will receive a notification via email that your account has been verified for KYC Level 1. You can also see the KYC Verification status in your User Dashboard.

Please note that for various activities on the platform, you may be required to be verified for KYC Level 2, such as: to buy IDON directly on the platform, place an order to purchase an asset, register for and submit a bid in an auction, as well as to receive price offers, purchase orders and auction bids.

This concludes the KYC Level 1 Verification process on the new Idoneus Platform.
