How to reset my password on the Idoneus Platform?
In case you have forgotten your password for the Idoneus Platform, please follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Step 1: Click the Forgot Password button
Click on the Sign In button. Enter your email address. Wait a moment for the “forgot password?” hyperlink to show up and then click it.
Step 2: Enter Code
Navigate to your Email Inbox, find the email from HyperID. Enter the code from the email into the screen and click confirm.
Step 3: Enter a new Password
Enter a new password. Please remember it has to be at least 8 characters long, and it has to contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.
If you have not entered a valid password, it will give you a warning.
After you have entered a new (and valid) password, click the Save button.
An onscreen notification will say that your password has been successfully reset.
Step 4: Access your account with your new password
Log in to your account with your new password.
